Thanks so much for your lovely review — we’re really pleased you and your husband enjoyed the scratchings, especially all the way down in Cornwall!

It’s great to hear they felt like the “proper scratchings” you were after, and we’re especially glad the cookies were a hit too — that soft-baked goodness is hard to resist!

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope to see you again soon.

Hi Sam,

We can see that you haven’t actually placed an order with us, so it sounds like this may be based on assumption rather than experience.

Our scratchings aren’t comparable to £4 supermarket bags. They are a completely different size, quality and production standard. We produce larger, premium batches with consistent crunch and full traceability, which is reflected in the pricing.

We also noticed you’ve left a number of negative reviews across various businesses on Trustpilot. If there’s something specific you’d like to discuss about our products, we’re always happy to have a proper conversation directly.

Kind regards,
Samuel @ Cool Hog 🐷

Thank you for your continued support and for taking the time to leave feedback — we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the products overall 😊

I’m very sorry to hear that items were missing from your order again and for the inconvenience this has caused in having to chase it up. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. I’ve passed your comments on to the team so we can look into why this is happening and prevent it going forward.

If anything is ever missing again, you can always contact us directly at info@coolhog.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Thank you again for your honest feedback and continued support.
