The product I ordered was out of stock and the company said I would receive a full refund. So far I haven't received it. I have texted, emailed and sent messages on the contact us page and no one has responded. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I reached out to Coolmix for a serious collaboration, but I was extremely disappointed by their complete lack of professionalism. After taking the time to send them a clear and detailed message, I only received a brief response that did not address my request. To top it off, they then accused me of writing my message using “chatgpg” an utterly inappropriate and disrespectful attitude.

I noticed that eight 5-star reviews were posted on Trustpilot on the very same day. This strongly suggests self-evaluation by the company, which seriously undermines their credibility.

Non-existent customer service, condescending communication, and questionable practices. I highly advise you to steer clear of this company. Very disappointing experience.

Our experience with Coolmix has been extremely difficult and disappointing.
Our orders were handled through an official representative of the company — Arian Adil, whom we contacted via the Coolmix website. All communication was conducted through the company's corporate email address, which clearly confirms his status as an authorized representative.

Despite numerous promises regarding product quality, delivery timelines, and the return of our deposit, the company failed to meet its obligations.
Due to the breach of agreements, we have incurred financial losses of over $7,000.

In one particular shipment, the products arrived in an unacceptable condition, and in order to resell them, we were forced to spend over $7,000 on repairs. Coolmix acknowledged the issue and agreed to a $4,000 compensation, which we accepted as a compromise.
However, this compensation remains impossible to utilize in practice, as the new offers we receive are priced higher than what we can sell for in our B2B channel. Coolmix explains this by saying that prices have increased, and insists that the agreed $4,000 must now be gradually deducted over a series of future orders.
This condition was never mentioned when the compensation was agreed upon — had it been, we would have returned the products and avoided the losses.
In reality, even though a compromise was reached, Coolmix has been avoiding direct fulfillment of this agreement for more than six months. The attempt to split the deposit refund across multiple orders is, in our opinion, unprofessional and irresponsible.

For this reason, we are forced to bring the issue into the public space, in the hope that the company will see this review, recognize its responsibility, and take the necessary actions to correct the situation.

If Coolmix continues to ignore the matter and fails to fulfill its obligations, we will be compelled to publish an additional review with a clear recommendation not to work with Coolmix.
