Brilliant technical support! I had an issue with a plugin displaying calendar info that needed to be hidden. Both Jyoti and Sahil were very forthcoming to help on the issue, with Jyoti ageeing to log onto the wordpress instance to have the problem investigated and resolved, all within a matter of minutes. I would recommend the cool plugins products both for their great functionality and eve greater technical support!!
