Harrison is a joke. Pretty sure its a scam, asked for a refund on two occasions now due to the product not being received. Harrison stated the first time it was unacceptable that my refund wasnt received within the specified 1-2 working days. Has now told me it will be 2-3 days.

Ordered on the 26th of June. No show. Emailed and ignored for days on end. Got an email back apologising saying they didn’t even have them in stock and offered me a full refund if I wanted to cancel the order, I cancelled it, they confirmed id get my refund. Didn’t happen. Emailed again and they said they’d process my full refund now, even though they had apparently already done it. Then got a refund notification for just the delivery cost?! Are you insane. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I don’t care for the sob story of it being a 16 year old.

Emailed twice and after a 6 day wait, received a pre-typed email with a sob story of we are behind on orders, I’m learning, I’m a very small busy’. The email ended with ‘it will be posted next week ready for the next heat wave’ and guess what ???……….. not posted.
Emailed again and ‘Harrison’ stated he had broken his promise, he still hadn’t sent it and would send it the following week.
With a firm email back stating the service is shocking whether he is only now 16 or not. I asked for it to be sent out straight away - this was on Tuesday or the following day on the next day delivery service, hoping I would get it for my daughters holidays, as it hadn’t in time for mine. Received an email back saying ‘ it’s not possible as today is Saturday so it will be shipped Monday, but you still won’t received it in time so I would suggest a full refund’
Right the day was Tuesday so why state today is Saturday????0 ……. It’s a scam guys and do not let the founders story cloud your judgment!!!!

Ordered 29th June. Website states delivery in 2-3 days. Nothing. Emailed to chase up. No response. After three emails and advising I would initiate a chargeback via credit card was told your order will ship end of this week (Tactical email from company?).
Wait until the following week no update and no tracking for delivery. Emailed again and after three ignored emails I have requested immediate refund which I am waiting for. If that doesn’t turn up I will start the chargeback process

Decided to order a cool towel because the UK has been extremely hot lately. placed order on 10th July 2026 and we are now on 13th July. I have emailed cooltowel regarding my order as it has not been shipped as of yet and I wanted to change the address. No response at all and the live chat does absolutely nothing!! They do not respond at all and that is £17 something down the drain unless my bank can recover that amount for me. Had I have checked reviews prior I would have never ordered one and would have ordered one for 1 cheaper elsewhere and id actually receive it and have it by the time this heatwave came around. This is a terrible service and even worse you cant even cancel the order yourself and there's no use in emailing about it because they wont answer you anyway... very disappointing!! Will never recommend anyone to buy a cool towel from the 'official site' because to put it bluntly its s**t

Pity it only goes to 1 star. Not even worth that. Takes orders he cannot fulfil, then when you complain promises it will be delivered then you get another email saying oh sorry I cant - followed by excuses blah blah. You chose the publicity nobody else and you have been mugged off. Dont use this company who promise a lot and deliver NOTHING. They are good at taking your money though!

Web site says if you have not received the product in 3 days to contact them and they will reply immediately. Guess what... they haven't. Terrible customer service. Please sort it out!

Damaged bottle when it arrived as it wasn't packed properly meaning I can't use the bottle to store which was the bit I liked about this product. I really don't like the towel either - yes it feels a bit cold to start with, but to be honest - it just feels wet - in turn just making me feel more damp and clammy.
Bad product - I wish I hadn't wasted my hard earned money. Do not bother.
