I purchased a product from Coop Sleep Goods specifically because of their advertised 100-night sleep guarantee. Unfortunately, when I attempted to return the item within that guarantee window, the company refused to honor the policy.

I followed their stated return process and contacted them within the required timeframe, yet my return was denied. The refusal directly contradicts the guarantee that was heavily promoted at the time of purchase and was a key reason I felt comfortable buying the product.

This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. A company’s return guarantee only has value if it is actually honored. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to carefully consider this before purchasing from Coop Sleep Goods.

This has been the worst online purchase experience ever. Their website is a disaster. Can't log in. Can't see what is in your shopping cart because the link just circles. Finally somehow a sale processed - I think. However, I didn't get a confirmation. A week later, I receive an email that my sheets have shipped and will arrive a week later, when I'm out of town. They don't use standard shipping, so I can't hold or delay my delivery. I waited on telephone hold for customer service for 30 minutes listening to the same horrible gituar riff over and over. Honestly, I don't care how great the product is, I'm going to return the sheets and purchase elsewhere.

They have horrible customer service. I placed my order a week ago. I still have not gotten it. The order says processing. I tried to call, only able to leave a vm. No one returned call. That was two days ago. Just sent email now. I may just get my money back. If customer service is this bad how good can the pillow be? 🤨😖

Made my first purchase and everything went smoothly - no issues. I placed my order on April 15th and it arrived on April 17th (a Sunday and holiday). Excellent packaging.

I got an Eden pillow for myself 3 1/2 years ago and now everyone in my house owns one. They’re amazing pillows but the real asset of this company I don’t see many people talking about is their customer service.

My pillow case recently came apart at a seam (after 3 1/2 years of nightly use) and I contacted them just to see what kind of hassle I’d have to go through to make a warranty (they have a 5 year warranty for all pillows) claim. They emailed me back to confirm my address and sent out a new pillow case immediately. Absolutely the most helpful and simple customer service experience you could have. They really do stand behind their products and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I recommend their pillow and their company to everyone.

I liked that it was "adjustable". It took 2-3 nights to get it where I wanted it to be in terms of comfort and support. Its perfect now.
