Actually heavier than some tools i got from local stores, feels sturdy when picked up, so left it there after unboxing, didn't expect that density. makes the space look organized.

Excellent sandals 

Just received my wife’s sandals on the 5th of July they fit well she has no complaints. They are so easy to put on as my wife as a disability. I would recommend these to all my family and friends delivered here by our friendly courier

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered items then had email saying items delivered in porch I haven’t got porch and gates were locked courier said get in touch with Copugo I have tried 18 times with no reply to the right department so have lost my money and items very bad customer service no contact at all so BEWARE.!!!!!
I have an Update 6/7/26
As soon as I put this review on trustpilot Copugo emailed within one hour and offered a full refund but said I had to leave a 4 star rating on here but I’m not doing that. I received my refund today but it has taken all this just to get a response from them disgusting service BEWARE !!!!!!!!

The sandals are not suitable,they look like they are elastic,and stretchy,but there is no give in them,so
I need to send back and have a fefund please.so please give instructions how to do this.

Took ages to come

Brought 2 Pairs of flip flops and it took just over 3 weeks to come. Don't need them. They would have been great to wear if they had come on time. Won't buy fromthis seller again.

Kept the dashboard air moving

It’s clipped in the vent already and staying there. I noticed the grip first because a lot of these little car gadgets wobble, but this one locks on tighter than the last cheap one I tried. Air output is decent on the higher setting, though the lowest mode is quieter than I expected and better for longer drives.

Crochet Mug

I ordered the crochet mug and am very disappointed with it. Looks cheap feels cheap and not worth the money, cost over £13 with postage. Took far too long to arrive. Will not order from this company again. Can’t give it as a gift so may get £2 if lucky at car boot.

I ordered a sola sunflower lantern for table in garden. When it arrived it was just a plain metal lantern with no bright sunflowers. Very disappointed!! I have been promised a full refund but after several messages this has not been done.

Shambles of a company. Do not buy

I ordered an item on 15th December well in time for delivery for my sons birthday which is 27th Jan. I contacted Copugo a few days ago to get a reply saying it will take some time to look into it and asking me to check with Royal Mail as to whether they have received the package. What an absolute disgrace. I will never buy from them again. When I try to unsubscribe from emails that doesn't work either. It's a shambles of a company so be warned if you do buy from them 😡😤

Good customer service!

Ordered sewing machine laser lights. Arrived within 2 weeks, but with American plugs, not USB! I emailed Copugo and they said to keep them and it would be remedied.
New ones with USB plugs arrived within a week! Now me and more importantly my partner are happy!

Ordered a cocktail advent calendar… scammed

Ordered a cocktail advent calendar. Whisky one arrived. However…. The advert led customers to believe that thee would be actual drinks in the calendars. There was only a cardboard cut out with a few strings to hang on the tree. There was absolutely nothing else!
No drink at all !! When I complained via PayPal they offered 20% off … subsequently increased offer to 50% but I just wanted a full refund. Then said that if I cancelled my PayPal dispute they would immediately send a full refund. Cancelled dispute but still no refund.
Don’t buy from these… if you do and pay by PayPal don’t be conned into cancelling your dispute.

Copugo...dont go there…

Only gave 1 star as I did receive an item, albeit the wrong one. I contacted them immediately, on receipt of the item, (delivery longer than advertised too) to receive a reply stating they wouldn't want me to pay for return postage (at my own cost🤪) and to give it to a friend instead. I was asked if I would accept 20% off further purchases🤪🤪🤪. I declined this 'generous '😋 offer and was met with a further email thanking me for accepting their kind offer of 20%🙈 after several additional emails, I'm now only receiving automated emails saying they've replied...in my opinion, avoid this company at all costs

Copugo have now got in touch with me and instigated a full refund. I'm now waiting for confirmation which could take 7 - 14 days....watch this space
