I like to support small businesses but they aren’t interested in assisting with a hassle free international purchase. In the end I wasn’t able to purchase the product and got stuck in an email chain receiving generic answers.

Not worth the hassle. The company is too busy promoting to influencers and doesn’t actually care about paying customers.
Customer service is abysmal. You get no updates and you have to chase people down aggressively to inquire about your order and even then they will give you false information or generic answers.

Order will almost certainly take more than a month to arrive. Pretty clothes but, the customer service is horrible. Honestly, this was a big disappointment.

I really love the clothing, but they change their prices based on geography. When using an Indian VPN my cart comes to just under €300. Without VPN this comes to €800. Meaning that they increase their prices with €100 per item. They mention it's due to taxes, but there is no regulation or law that states this.
In the EU this is ILLEGAL (Geo-Blocking Consumer law).
They also send emails saying there's a 20% sale site wide. But when inquiring why sale is not applied, they'll tell you that it's only for India. Which they didn't mention in the mail. In EU this is ILLEGAL (false marketing consumer law).

Don't buy here, you're better off haggling at market to a deaf person.

Ordered a top after seeing an ad on Instagram, which is always a bit of a risk but here it paid off. The top is absolutely beautiful and very unique. It took a little while for it to be sent but when I emailed to follow up I got a prompt reply and it was sent a few days later. As soon as I got the notification from FedEx it arrived within 4 days to the U.K.

I wanted to love Cord Studio so much, but I agree with other customers that the customer experience is really bad. There is no information about when your order will be delivered. The items are nice (although I have not washed anything yet) but I had issues with sizes and the customer service refused any exchange even if I spent more than 700 USD on that first order. So all in all, sad to say it was a really disappointing experience.

I do NOT recommend. Poor service, bad communication, not helpful and very unprofessional and slow at ordering.

Their designs are absolutely beautiful but I have never encountered a brand with worse customer service. Will never order again.

The dress took about a month to arrive and I had to proactively email them to chase the order up. They had two different agents respond to my email with contradictory information.

When the dress finally arrived it fell apart on first wear (button loop frayed and button fell out) even before washing. The products are super expensive so I wasn’t expecting the quality to be this shoddy.

I asked customer service for a partial refund but they refused and said they don’t do refunds. They offered to send me a replacement but I didn’t want to pay a massive customs fee again.

They finally agreed to give me a credit note two weeks ago but haven’t sent it through yet. The hassle is so not worth it with this brand, spent three months since my order on a back and forth with them. Clearly no interest in their customers.

The website photos look professional. The price is certainly a big investment. I was skeptical to try ordering from them because of the complete lack of reviews online, but wanted the dresses so enough to try it anyways. I ordered two dresses in October. The website has a very generic section where users can keep track of their orders, and I felt very left in the dark. Costumer support is very, very, very slow, but they eventually got back to me with all of the information I needed, several times. The order took a long time to reach the shipping process, but once it did I had them delivered by FedEx within a week. The dresses are beautiful, although a bit bit for my size and very easy to wrinkle. Somehow I imagined the fabric to be different. They are nonetheless gorgeous. I'd provably purchase again if the dress is worth the headache and uncertainty.
