I love the shopping experience with Coree. The website has a nice design, it’s easy to navigate and find what you want. There is multiple choices for the payment method and the shipping is super fast. Finally we can see the care that is given to the packages, the little note, the samples that make the customer feel special (thank you for that) ! I also really appreciate that you don’t use plastics for those packages and that you gave away the Purito sunscreen. It shows that you care about the environment and that your are not about waste and this is valuable. Because of all of this I would absolutely love to see a bigger range of products of certain well known brands on your website. This would make me shop only from Coree !

Ich bin begeistert. So toll, wie süss und trotzdem ökologisch alles verpackt ist. Ich habe sehr viele Samples bekommen und eine Dankeschön-Karte mit meinem Namen, wirklich schön zu sehen, dass man sich für jeden Zeit nimmt. Fantastische Auswahl an veganen und parfumfreien Pflegeprodukten.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit der Qualität der Produkte und Pünktlichkeit der Lieferungen.

I am a huge fan of Coree. The website offers a great selection of Kbeauty products (I love how each product has an ingredient list and ‘how to use’ section), but most importantly, the customer service is exceptional. Each interaction makes you feel special and pampered.
If you have a question or need advice, they will get back to you quickly. The delivery is just as fast, comes in a cute packaging with free samples and a personalised note (I love gestures like these).
Whenever I order something, it feels like a gift to myself which is thanks to the great customer experience. Coree really makes me feel like I am a valued and unique customer.
