Unprofessional support and refusal to refund
I would just like to clarify a few points.
I requested a refund and was insulted by the company.
At no point did I request a refund because I did not understand how the bot or the platform works. I had no doubts about how it functions. The reason for my cancellation request was simply that, after accessing the platform, I realized the product did not meet my expectations. In my opinion, the platform’s design is quite poor and the tool appears to have significantly fewer features and less content when compared to other competing platforms in the same segment.
For this reason, I requested the cancellation only a few hours after the purchase, which was made online and practically immediately after activating the account.
Additionally, after publishing this review, I received an email from the company with an extremely aggressive and unprofessional tone, containing direct insults such as “arrogant” and “imbecile”, as well as the statement that they would no longer respond to any further communication from me.
I believe that anyone who reads this conversation and understands that a customer was treated this way will be able to draw their own conclusions about the company’s level of professionalism.
The purpose of this review remains simply to share my experience as a customer.
I would also like to point out that, in Brazil, online purchases are protected by the right of withdrawal provided by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, which guarantees consumers the right to cancel a contract within 7 days when the purchase is made outside a physical establishment. This legal right stands above any Terms and Conditions imposed by a company.
