Placed order and paid, then heard nothing further for a week. Chased up with a phone call, as items were for a birthday gift. No explanation given for delay, but feel order had been forgotten. Items were then dispatched and arrived in 24 hours.

It was lovely to support a much revered long time established British craftmanship heritage brand in my 56th year(really chuffed to bits with the original blue Cornish stripe pieces which are essentially an exquisite work of art in within itself, tip : seconds are perfect:-), thank you! 💙

I purchased "factory seconds". I was hard pressed to find anything "second" about the bowls I bought. They are lovely! And the shipping was SUPER fast (I live in the US; it took, like 3 days for my order to get here).
