Where’s my refund?
Cancelled my car insurance on Nov 4th, and was told I would have the balance of my policy refunded within 5 days. Nothing happened so, after 14 days, I called and was informed they didn’t have my card details so they would send me a cheque within 15 days. It’s now 5th January, 60 days since my cancellation, and I still haven’t received anything. Pretty rubbish customer service from start to finish

Another year's renewa
Once again I was persuaded to renew with Cornmarket. The renewal price was reasonable but just a little bit more than similar companies. However, shortly after I was telephoned by Cornmarket. (Is there a better accent than the Northern Irish one?,) And shortly afterwards an agreeable figure was agreed upon. I've been with Cornmarket for about a decade now. To be honest I enjoy our annual chats. I've never made a claim, but I expect them to be faultless dealing with that too.

Easy to compare and purchase
Went on line to comparison site and cornmarket gave a very favourable price for insurance i was looking for at a competitive price. Was easy to set up insurance through their web site and complete purchase.

New customer
It was time to renew insurance and Cornmarket came in with a price that was several hundreds less than my previous provider’s renewal. As an added bonus Cornmarket is a local broker. Always happy to support local. I’m a happy new customer.

We changed our insurance to Cornmarket…
We changed our insurance to Cornmarket after our previous insurer increased our premium considerably in their renewal quote even though we had no claims .
CornMarket gave us a very competitive fair quote which we accepted.
They are easy to deal with ,efficient and we hope to stay with them in the future.
