Impossible to speak to someone
Impossible to speak to someone who can deal with an urgent policy change. Not open weekends and when finally get hold of someone, get told that they are unable to deal with it and will get someone to phone back. No call back so phone again after an hour, told that call backs can take a day for response. Tried to cancel, get told that they cannot do that over the phone. Absolute joke.

Straightforward
Cornmarket was very competitive.
Much better price than my renewal quote from previous insurers.
Best of all I got a human to speak to.
When my home insurance is due I’ll hopefully get a good quote from Cornmarket .

Couldnt be more helpful
I talked to a nice girl called Courtney who was very helpful and managed to get quite a bit off my renewal quote I got from my current provider. Will definitely be using them again.

Interaction with a real person!
My son and I had bought a new car end of June ‘25 and I thought it prudent to buy gap insurance. Cornmarket was competitive, and I was impressed with the human interaction. That’s the only insurance I have with them so far. I am currently insured with another company for both car and house insurance but both of us being IAM members I will be looking for a quote from Cornmarket when the time is right.
