Double Collection and Delivery
Double collection which included booking in for the 1st and photographing antique items bought sight unseen for the second and sharing those pictures prior to payment being made.
Regular progress uodates shared and excellent communication.

Efficient service
From my initial enquiry to completion of the job, Cornwall Couriers provided a very efficient service. Emails were responded to promptly, as were telephone enquires. My request was for transportation of goods from Cornwall to London; on the day of collection/delivery I was informed of the pick-up time and the person at the other end was notified well in advance of the arrival time. We were very pleased with the service, the team are very professional, the driver was very efficient and the price was very reasonable for the distance covered. I would not hesitate to use again.

Professional, super quick service!
What a great courier company to have in our local area. Emailed for a quote and received it within minutes and then further emails during the evening were all answered promptly and collection arranged for the following morning at an address a good few hours away in the SE. The item was then dropped off with me 24 hours later in Cornwall. Notifications received by email and update phone call re delivery time. Absolutely spot on service from Cornwall Couriers, polite, professional and carefully delivered and all at a great price too. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 1st class courier. Thanks!

First time using a local courier service, out of those contacted Cornwall Couriers gave the best response and by far the most reasonable rates. Really quick in responding to my enquiry and making the arrangements required. Fragile goods which required a level of care were collected and delivered in perfect condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have negatif experience with this company.
We dealed on 22/10/24 it was bad experience since.
Also the manager bully me and sent the letter to intimate to stop to complain,
We my experience with them i can't recommandeb to deal with them
Last time i called them to solve the problem, one of the manager said she will do it, Now she does not pick up my phone call.
I cannot recommand them
We do not understand why cornwall courier doesn't understand.
We have a small company callin CFPTM Consulting and Logistics Ltd. We have vans and they do not have a van,
We dealed with them regarding the job we carried from central London to TR12 we have agreed for 220 pounds.
our driver was driver to deliver, his was closed to Exeter, about around 4 hours driving. they told him to go back and met their driver in Bristol.
He did it, in M4 they started abusing the driver with négatif language, because the driver answered how much he will pay him. He said give the parcel I am not going to pay you and he sent him the message saying he will call the police if he doesn't give the parcel.
the driver was traumatised with the bully language.
Then they proposed 100 pounds to the driver, He refused, We called them to arrange another price, which was 140 pounds.
our asked his driver why they changed the delivery place and he replied to him that, they do not go the central London, they want just someone to cover it.
This plateform is for someone who are not happy about the service.

Perfect! Cornwall Couriers collected an Ebay impulse buy from London and brought it down to Cornwall for me. They liaised with the seller over collection timing and adjusted the delivery time to suit me the next day when I had to go out on an emergency mission unexpectedly, plus the goods were well cared for during transit, delivered with a smile and there was always some one at the end of a 'phone to communicate.
