Completely take all of the hassle out of having a business rates revaluation done.

Rosie, was an absolute star, made the whole process very easy for me.. communication was great.

Mis selling at its finest

This company promises to challenge your business rates. All they do is register on the VOA website and do a check for which they charge several thousand pounds. They did this for us then invoiced up front to challlenge our rates, assuring us we definitely should not be paying rates. Admitteldy eighteen months on we did get a small reduction based on the check stage, but then refused to do the work we paid them for up front, demanded a commission, and told us it was not viable to do any more. Total mis selling. We were given timescales of several months, and three years on they still never submitted a challenge for us. Very efficient until they get your money up front. Then excellent at credit control on commission invoices, but hopeless at communication and returning calls, and doing what you pay them to do. Dont waste your money

Based on the limited information available and a conversation that was had this afternoon we believe that we have identified you, and feel that your concerns arise from a misunderstanding / miscommunication - for which we apologise.

The purpose of the service is to ensure that the rateable value is correct and fair, and is essentially a legal process - if a Challenge has not been submitted then it is because in our professional opinion that this is not the optimal time to do so.

To date, the reduction in rateable value has resulted in a financial benefit that represents a return on investment of approximately 600%.

We are more than happy to discuss your case in detail and address your concerns, but based on the information provided we are unable to. Please respond to our information request.

Definitely delivered good results. Reduced our business rate by £18k.
Good customer service and they appear experienced.
