I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!

Superb Customer Service
I was on the fence about purchasing the toe spacers, but was provided a discount code from the customer service rep which made me go ahead with the purchase. Polite, generous, and quick to respond.

Northwest Foot & Ankle is a caring clinic
Northwest Foot & Ankle is where I purchased my Correct Toes product. I had some questions about how to use them with shims. Megan in patient relations is a customer service representative and was very helpful to me. She explained what I needed to know and offered to help with suggestions. She was very quick with her response back to my email. I appreciate that very much. She also told me to contact her if I had any further questions.

Great experience, I had an issue with a promo code that didn’t work, I emailed the customer service email, they responded the same day fixed my problem! Very appreciative, thank you! Really looking forward to trying to correct toes!
