Fijne service al zijn de maten wat lastig bij Cortazu
De maten zijn wat lastig bij Cortazu.
Gelukkig is het ruilen heel netjes geregeld.
Ik wilde graag de grijze kleur en die was niet meer op voorraad. Uiteindelijk na veel contact hebben ze me toch geholpen om de jas te pakken te krijgen dus heel blij mee.

Driemaal is scheepsrecht.
Weliswaar werd tot twee maal toe het verkeerde artikel toegezonden, de derde maal was scheepsrecht en werd het juiste artikel alsnog geleverd. Betrokken medewerkers waren uitermate vriendelijk, waardoor de totale ervaring toch positief is.

Quality and ease of purchase
Easy navigation, purchase, acceptable delivery time across the border.
Was surprised to realize that the substantial discount on a model of jacket was basically offset by a customs tax I had to pay on Swiss side. An explicit word of warning during purchase for international shipment could have been helpful.

The best as usual
I had ordered 3 products, and I needeed to receive it fast as I would then be leaving for a month. One article was only available at the flagship store but when I reached out to them via Whatsapp, they solved the issue quickly and the whole order was delivered on time.
As usual (I had previously ordered one short, one jacket and 2 T-shirts), items are really well made, of very good quality and fit me well.
I can only recommend their products.

Its a very good quality jacket
Its a very good quality jacket. Its light weight, warm, waterproof and breathable with lots of pockets. For coldish 0-12°C weather conditions. Below 0°C I always wear an extra vest of something under it. The only minor down side of this jacket for me is the hood. Its too big for me. If I wear it it falls over my eyes. If I dont wear it, it is a bit anouying against the back of my head/neck. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Top kwaliteit en perfecte service
De kwaliteit van de producten die ik bij Cortazu besteld hebt zijn van top-kwaliteit en bovendien duurzaam en lichtgewicht. Kwaliteits spullen.
De jas die ik heb gekocht voelt stevig maar toch ook soepel aan. Ik heb hem nog niet kunnen testen in echt natte of koude omstandigheden. Het aankoop proces liep soepel, maar helaas was de communicatie daarna wat minder. Ik had een sale item en het kwam niet binnen de gestelde tijd, en communicatie bleef uit toen er vermeld werd dat het artikel niet op voorraad was. Dat kan dus wat beter. Verder vind ik het een mooi en kwalitatief merk.
