Poor service, still not delivered!

Still hasn’t been handed to courier and in the 15 days since ordering, it’s now discounted £40!
Contacted customer services and they were useless. Said delivery will be within the next 5 days so… 20 days since ordering and since I paid before the sale basically tough luck. They said I could return and reorder. Just refund the difference.

I will return and not order from Cos again which is a shame as I love their knitwear and have been a customer for years but fool me once…

Tein ensimmäisen verkkokauppatilauksen pari viikkoa sitten. Luin nämä arvostelut vasta sen jälkeen, enkä varmaan olisi uskaltanut tilausta tehdä, jos olisin lukenut ne ennakkoon. Kaikki meni kuitenkin ongelmitta, eli turhaan huolestuin. Ainut miinus oli toimitusajan pituus (puolitoista viikkoa), mutta senkin selittivät osin välissä olleet joulun pyhät. Toimituksen etenemistä pystyi seuraamaan helposti, sähköpostitiedotus tilauksen etenemisestä oli hyvää ja tilattu tuote kuvatun kaltainen.

Glasgow store had mispriced several…

Glasgow store had mispriced several items and refused to honour the advertised price
Customer service was appalling
I’ve bought a lot from here in the past at full price - thought we’d try the sale but the experience has put me off the whole brand

I rarely bother to review but this experience really made me angry

Exceptionally poor quality with no after sales resolution

Bought a long sleeve top in Martin Place store and found out one sleeve was 9cm shorter than the other after I returned to Brisbane. Contacted the company via email the next day (2 days after purchase) and they have only given me the run around - even though I've provided photos, receipt etc. The top was not washed and was only worn for a couple of hours - so nothing to do with me - just a plain old faulty garment that should never have made it out of the factory. I've made a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading in NSW - it is a garment that is not fit for purpose.
Update 29/12. Finally heard back from the store manager 3 weeks after I emailed customer service. They are offering refund if I post back at my expense. Still not happy with this. It is a garment that is not fit for purpose yet I will be out of pocket.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Customer service teams are happy to lie and mislead customers. They do not fulfil promises or agreed actions and are deliberately evasive. This is a highly dubious company - needs investigation. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. They may once have been a 'luxury' brand, but their operations are now unreliable, untrustworthy, and duplicitous. They will leave you on hold for hours until you give up and disconnect the call: awful, appalling, and substandard service, as well as poor-quality, overpriced clothes.

Good customer service

Even though my order was lost and it took them a few weeks to process everything before I received my refund, I found their customer service excellent and always willing to help.

Refused to accept online return install

Ordered a pair of shorts online. They came and weren’t quite right and fit in style that I wanted. Went into a cause Australia store to return. And they refused to take the product back because I had bought it online saying it was a different system. So incredibly frustrating that I now have to pay for these to be returned when I delivered them into the store. They’ve told me it was because it was a different system which has become the problem of the customer.

Newmarket staff- please train them!

Visited the Newmarket store with my wife today. As we enter, the 2 staff were too busy chatting and not even a simple HI or Hello. Poor customer service. You have amazing clothes but you need to employ and train staff who will represent your brand. They need to remember that the competition is massive and they will destroy your brand by having very poor customer service.

Messing up the order twice

As others mention they always seem to get the item in the order wrong I ordered grey variant received blue ones of pants still waiting for the refund on the last ones and the second order they once again messed up the color variant. I dont know how a store this big can be this incompetent

I called the Italian customer service…

I called the Italian customer service based in the Netherlands because I’m expecting six refunds. The lady pretended there was no connection and didn’t help.
I’m talking about hundreds of euros in refunds.
I’ll try calling one more time, and if I don’t get the refund, I’ll take legal action.

Awful quality cashmere and service

Bought an expensive cashmere jumper that was worn just a few times before it came apart at seams. Customer service refused to refund or replace because it was over 6 months even though I had receipt. Shockingly bad quality and service.

Customer service is a joke

Their customer service operates a bit like a scam. They offer discounts, but make up ridiculous excuses so they don’t have to apply them. They seriously suggested I ´reorder’ the items I already ordered and paid for to get the discount they said I was entitled to.

What is WRONG with COS??

OK, i thought how bad it can be theses days to order from a good brand... I though other reviewers maybe had one time event --oopsie sort of. I was ordering from CANADIAN COS, but items got shipped from Netherlands. So for 250$ of items i had to pay ADDITIONALY 140$ in CUSTOMS that i never would agree to. VERY deceiving and low. NO MORE COS ORDERS - others PLEASE BE AWARE your items location is HIDDEN from you and you might pay 50% more in taxes and customs. at this point i cant return because getting customs back is rather impossible - i was never able to anyways.... and paying 200$ shipping back doesn't sound right....

Cos has some lovely clothes but when…

Cos has some lovely clothes but when you want your size that they don’t have you try online they don’t have it. They say notify me. You get three emails in 10 minutes saying they’re in so you go online but they’re not in . It’s a terribly run business really really poor.
