I ordered an item which was due to be delivered by royal mail but has been delivered to another property at a completely different address. I have been emailing Edie and she has been so helpful. I cannot fault this company's customer service - will be using them again for sure. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been using this brand for few years now, and seeing it grow to this level of success is amazing. Their costumer service is still as reliable and fantastic as it was few years ago.
