If I could give them 0 I would. Do not trust this company. The owner mocks patients photos infront of his staff and I know this as I was a member of staff. Also, a member of staff took his work phone out one night whilst I was with him and showed naked photos of the patients to tourists in Tirana. How do I know this? the tourists told me! I informed Ashley the owner who clarified this was a breach of contract and he would be fired, to change his mind the next day to say it was my word against his! Why would I make this up? I was trying to save his reputation and not have an employee ruin it. I happily walked away and flew home. Go somewhere else where patient confidentiality is how it should be and how it is in the UK and can be reported through the right channels. The morals and ethics of this company are disgraceful. They will respond to this with lies, because they lie constantly - 6 people started just over 3 weeks ago with this company, they have 2 left!! I fell for the CEO's apparent charm, which I soon realised was not as charming as he made out. I flew out with the hopes of a 'dream job'! They also asked us within 3 days of being there to ask our friends and family to give them google reviews, which i declined!! I truly believe that half of the reviews on here are from Albanian staff members - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! PS this is no reflection on the surgeons/dentists they use as they know nothing about this and are very capable and trustworthy.
