THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY
BEWARE
I’m not the type to write a review especially if it’s bad, I would normally cut my loses and just move on. So if I’m doing this then you know it’s bad. Sometimes you get taken advantage of for being too nice.

For starters This is a horrible clinic with doctors and staff members heartless with no empathy or care one bit about their customers and outcome of their procedure. DO NOT GO THERE. They have ruined my hair and at the end decided to blame my hair being the reason all of a sudden? stating they told me this at the clinic? this way they don’t take accountability. The doctor along with staff members assured me of how nice my hair would look when it completes its process, I have others that did the surgery the same day that can also attest to this (as we kept in touch to monitor progress) all surprised this clinic is doing this and stating they said this to me the day of the surgery? This is their excuse for anyone that have a bad turnout after surgery according to people in Turkey familiar with this clinic. AGAIN, This conversation NEVER took place. Just a way to avoid owning up and being liable. Based on my research, talking to others who went there, along with other clinics in Turkey, this is a common thing this company does, it’s been done to multiple people who turnout with poor results they ended up blaming them also why it didn’t come out successful, keep in mind my surgery was not even performed by the doctor that did the evaluation/consultation, it was done by two guys who were not even present during consultation to factor in my expectations and requests etc

I have had multiple conversations through out the entire year of my hair growth process and expressed the lack of progress, pleading to this clinic to please help fix the hair as I’ve been wearing hats EVERYDAY ever since the procedure, due to lack of improvement and the fact that I have a wedding coming up reason I wanted this done urgently. They then told me let’s wait till after 1 year and see where we’re at and take it from there.

During this video call, the main doctor who is DR Yavuz, the doctor who was monitoring my progress I was told will not be on the call it’ll be someone else, red flag. The lady didn’t speak English so the consultant Melanie, did the translation. They told me there’s nothing they can do because they’re not enough grafts to fix the hair. They went into multiple excuses to how they can’t find grafts in the donor area, long story short, I then suggested what about the hairline that was moved back, can that be moved forward a bit, (since the guys that did the transplant instead of the doctor moved it further back than expected) they then went into pricing and now they will be able to get hair from the donor area to do that so my cost will be $3000 in total, mind you they concluded that I don’t have donor hair for them to fix the bad surgery performed? They know it has to be on their cost to fix the initial poor surgery they did so they will blame me instead.

They also tried to blame health so they asked for my medical record. I’m the healthiest person too to bottom with no diseases or illnesses. Everything is up to par so they knew there was no luck there to use that as a reason.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC PEOPLE.

ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY.

1.) DR Yavuz- Heartless/Dont care about results after surgery, (one who assured me hair will look nice and full when fully healed)didn’t bother to join the call after knowing the state of my hair.
2.) MELANIE-(Consultant) - The one that takes payments and arrangements- All she cares about is taking your money. Pleaded the situation with her during the call, all she wanted to do was convince me to pay for the headline, disregarding the bad results of initial surgery, she’s the worse of them all.
3.) HANNAH - (Recruiter)The one I expressed all my concerns with. Did nothing at all to get clinic to help fix issue.

I spent almost $5k along with flight all for nothing.

I WILL POST MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL PLATFORMS SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THE TYPE OF OPERATION THEY’RE RUNNING THERE.

Also the guys there are all planning on writing reviews about what this clinic has done to me and the state they’ve left my hair. THERE WILL BE MORE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS COMING SOON

I underwent an FUE hair transplant in December 2024 at Heva Clinic in Istanbul. Since then, some of the treated areas still feel numb, and I also experience a sense of heaviness or pressure on my scalp. It doesn’t feel the same as before, which makes me wonder when—or if—it will return to normal.
Is this kind of sensation typical after a hair transplant, or could it be caused by an error during the procedure? Although clinics often state that surgeons carry out the operation, in practice, technicians usually perform much of the implantation. Therefore, patients shouldn’t automatically assume that surgeons are handling every step of the procedure.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Eva Aesthetic Clinic in Turkey. I initially paid 2,050 euros for a hair transplant, but upon arrival, they demanded an additional 300 dollars because they claimed I needed more grafts than expected, citing a “complex” removal process. I trusted them, but a year later, I was devastated to see that my scalp was still far from full. When I reached out for a solution, they offered me a full-priced second round—no discount, no accountability for the failed result. This clinic is full of false promises and lacks any integrity in their customer care. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice and look for a clinic with real dedication to results and honesty.

Promised the moon by the coordinator Carl, paid the highest price on the market totalling £4000 time they add on the extras on the day, for 3600 grafts ALLEGEDLY. In my honest opinion there's no more than 1200 grafts in my head. Carl said that it's the surgeons final decision but why not explain this when he's extorting the highest price. That works out at over £10 a follicle, that's UK prices. Was a complete waste of time going to heva they never even knew, who was who and what package they were on. They gave me a Xanax and forgot I'd paid for sedation... absolute clowns. Stay well clear of these.

I was very pleased with my 4,000-graft hair transplant. They were very gentle in their approach. I was also pleased with the post-treatment support and the hair care products provided after the transplant.
