My experience with TJL solicitors was very long and exhausting but worth it all in the end as I had the best possible out come out of a complicated situation. My case wasn't straight forward and at times I felt like giving up but my solicitor was really understanding and reassuring and I felt he supported me the best way he could .

Mike Saul from TJL Solicitors has just managed to negotiate a five figure out-of-court settlement for me and I am eternally grateful to him and also his assistant Sarah Ingram.

They helped me win the settlement for my rhinoplasty case and I am so lucky to have found them, as without them it would not have been possible!

My rhinoplasty was carried out by a leading cosmetic surgeon followed by three subsequent revision surgeries with the same surgeon. The unsatisfactory result left me distressed and depressed.

I asked my surgeon to refund half of the money, which I thought was a fair figure (approx £5,000) to enable me to go to elsewhere to have corrective surgery to improve my nose. He refused to refund any money and told me I would have to go down the legal route if I continued my claim. I then approached two well known medical negligence solicitors who both declined to help, saying I was out of time (as my surgeries spanned over 4 years)! I was desperate and did not know which way to turn!

Very helpful from day one. Advised me through the whole process and always suggested that I should take extra time to think over important decisions. Mike always made time to call me to explain what was happening which is fantastic as you are really considered. Took longer than originally anticipated but got there in the end so overall a pleasant experience. Polite and thorough stuff, understanding and accommodating.
