Lieferung dauert an und Annahme soll nicht verweigert werden
Die Bestellung war vor fast einem Monat, ich habe bisher keine Information erhalten, wann die Lieferung ankommt. Ich soll sie aber in jedem Fall annehmen, habe ich heute erfahren, weil sonst die Rückerstattung eventuell schwierig wird.
Ich habe die Annahme trotzdem verweigert. Trotz neuem Emailaustausch habe ich immer noch nicht das gesamte Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.
