Outstanding service
This is my second review of Cosmo; the first was in 2022.
This time ordered completely online 20 JCC downlights late on a Sunday. Goods arrived around midday Tuesday. Can't get better than this - pricing competitive, delivery first class and although not used this time, phone inquiry dealt with really well.
The product range is not particularly large but what they do, they do well. Recommended.
I've no experince (or interest) in their emerging skin care and K-pop lines. It looks odd but I suspect that there's a female director making her mark here.

Very competitively priced products. Excellent delivery service, first class proactive customer service particularly to confirm correct product was being delivered. Would definitely recommend.

It is the greatest service I’ve experienced for a while. One of my switches did not work, Peter was extremely helpful, no fuss, replacement arranged and all sorted. I highly recommend Cosmo Electrical
