I am very disappointed with my Costa Nova experience. The plates I received did not match the quality or appearance of what was displayed on their website or in their physical showroom.

Beyond the product discrepancy, the customer service was incredibly frustrating. My emails were ignored for weeks at a time. It took a formal dispute via my credit card company to finally get a response after months of unresolved issues. They failed to stand by their product or provide a professional resolution to my complaint. I would not order from them again.

Very good experience. The packing was exceptional — everything was wrapped and boxed so carefully that every piece arrived at my door completely intact, which is no small thing with ceramics. Dispatch was slightly delayed, but I was kept informed and knew exactly when to expect my delivery, so it never became a problem. Delivery itself was smooth.

The ceramics themselves are excellent quality — the kind of pieces you buy once and keep for life. And the customer support was genuinely great, which is rare these days. Recommend 100%.

order placed on 15.05.2026 still no delivery reply was only a "proof of delivery" (TNT screenshot 22.05.2026) to a location 100 km north of my address.

Bestellt: hanggeangelter Wildlachs. Bekomme aber Tiefkühlfisch, der erst mal 2 Tage auftauen muss. Warum sollte ich aber dann tagesgenau bestellen? Auf Nematoden geprüft? Das vermag der Mitarbeiter in der Kundenbetreuung nicht zu sagen. Crostanova macht viel Wind um die Umwelt, verschickt seinen gefrorenen Fisch in einem dafür sehr großen Karton mit 9 Einzelteilen, das sind Verpackungsteile. Übern Daumen sind 44,99 Euro für 450 Gramm tiefgefrorenen Lachs dann schon ziemlich hochpreisig.
