Fast shipping great service
I ordered my fuel adative mid day and was not expecting it to be shipped till the next day but to my surprise it was shipped that day even tho it was almost mid day so very happy with how fast they sorted shipping
There online site was easy to use had alot of info
Still awaiting the stuff to arrive so will do another review once i run a few tanks and try it out but 10/10 for there service

Being a mechanic for 50 years I have seen lots of burnt oil and metal sheen in diff, final drive, and transmission oil. Excavators final drives are some of the worst I have seen, and that goes for the very small one too. They only have less than a litre of oil in them. At 250 hours the oil is burnt with the metal sheen. The first time I added AW10 to a customers machine final drives just to see how it preformed after 250 hours I could not believe it when I drained it. The oil looked like I had just put it in.

Preparation for postage seemed a bit slow
I ordered some product from Liquid Intelligence on the same day as I ordered CEM. The LI goods arrived 1 week before the CEM. I wasn't in a hurry for CEM but it appeared to be a bit slow.
