Great experience
We had a fantastic experience working with Moe and the team. Moe was incredibly patient throughout the process, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we understood the numbers from every angle.
After a little nudge, he came back with the strongest analysis and projections, and his responsiveness really stood out. We were initially deciding between two cost segregation providers, but Moe ultimately won us over through his communication, transparency, and effort.
They truly made us feel like an important client — not just another file — and that matters to us as real estate investors. We will absolutely be using them again on future properties.

I had a great experience with Cost Segregation Guys. From day one they were on top of my report. They would always answer the phone or called me back right away with any questions I had during the process . They said it will take 10 days, it did. I am happy with the results, you would be too! I would recommend them to anyone!

CSG's did a good job on the Cost Segregation and the information they provided looks thorough and complete. My only concern was the limited communication and no one ever answered the phone.
