Poor delivery
They delivered it laying it hanging halfway off the porch in a rain storm. There was plenty of room on porch for it to be fully covered. When I got home the box was soaked and also covered in puncture holes

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering on line and the timely manner in which it is delivered.. .
I was very pleased with the ease of purchasing on line. My item showed up promptly and in good condition. I got exactly what I ordered and paid for. I haven't had a chance to install the item so I can't say anything about the durability of the item. But they have a warranty program and other items I bought were great.

Lovely but concerned for long term integrity
The kitchen looks exactly as advertised! Was easy enough to assemble and is sturdy enough for me 6 and 3yr olds. My only concern is that we live in Canada with major seasonal fluctuations and I'm not convinced it will last more than a yr. If the weather was sunny most of the year I wouldn't be concerned.

Good product, BAD delivery!
The product was fine, as expected, a little frustrating to put together.
My complaint is with the delivery. UPS just left the largish box outside of the apartment building, unsecured!! Totally unacceptable!!!
