I was never reimbursed.
I ordered a tipi a few months ago. The tipi was never delivered. When I contacted Cozy and Dozy they assured me they would reimburse me within 14 days. It has now been over a month and still no news, no money... the company has stoped responding to my emails... This is terrible customer service and a complete scam !

A total farce
Although I have had items off them before I ordered a cat shelf/bed on January 15th 2025 and now on March 14th still haven't received it. From the beginning there was issues getting the materials to make it but I wasn't kept informed of this until I queried why it was delayed. Then apparently it was held up at customs in Poland so that makes me wonder why, was there an issue with the postage. I had to chase it again. Eventually I received a letter from Parcel Force requesting another £50 before they would deliver it. All the way through this Cozy and Dozy said each issue was 'out of their control'!!! There was no mention of any further fees when ordering. It will be a very expensive cat bed if I ever receive it!!
