I had an absolutely fantastic experience with CosySolar. At the end of March, they installed solar panels for me, and it was seamless from start to finish. Stephen, their technical engineer and sales rep, was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every step. The installers were brilliant—super clean, really pleasant, and they left everything spotless—no visible wires at all. And I have to mention the office support as well—Chelsea was fantastic, really knowledgeable, and so helpful in getting all my export payments sorted out. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

Work was started at 830 and all done and cleaned by lunchtime great service and the office kept me updated all the way

With ever increasing costs of electricity, we decided to install Solar panels. From the first phone call to the completion survey we received 100% satisfaction. Stephen was so knowledgeable and took care of the job perfectly. The 4 guys who did the installation were without doubt perfectionists. The arrived at dawn and never stopped until the job was finished. They cleared up any debris or mess as they worked away . I have to say they really did not stop. We have an old house and no job is ever straight forward however the team over came any issues and if I am honest they went above and beyond in completing the install.

From the team in the office to all involved we say thank you for a great job done to perfection. !!!

John who was friendly and very pleasant explained the"cosy solar" system and installation very clearly.
The young men who installed it were very good mannered and polite and worked quickly and quietly and completed it to a very high standard, within 4-5 hours,leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
Stephen explained all the features of the app and answered any queries and left us feeling confident in him, too resolve any further issues we might have.
The process was quick and smooth and they deal with the switch over with our electric provider.
Highly recommended.

They arranged for someone to come out and survey the property very quickly and they answered any questions I had about the system. Installation was again arranged very quickly and the fellas carrying out the work were again very helpful. They accommodated any changes and the work was quick and very neat. Brilliant solar installation by Stephen and the team. Very professional from initial survey to completion. Probably not the easiest job as we had to go for an east/west set up at either end of the house. 19 panels, battery and an Eddi completed in half a day. Really impressed with the system and would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. Even after install Stephen has been so helpful.

When I look at how little energy I have used since the installation (9 units in the whole of May from the grid) the system from Cosysolar represents v.good value.The guys that fitted it arrived at the specified time and date and they were competent, knowledgeable and pleasant. Special recognition must go to Stephen Wilson (technical manager) who oversaw the installation and helped with any “snag” issues.I had problems (due to my poor computer skills) trying to register the warranty for the batteries but he sorted this.Overall very good value system and competent technicians from Cosysolar.
