Communication was poor. I was told my order that I made on August 5 would ship the next day and would be “expedited “. It didn’t arrive till two weeks later . Then the zippers on the arm pillows for the navy couch and the coffee couch were so cheaply made that they broke immediately. Management followed up on my experience, so I sent photos of the covers on August 25. They ( Robert ? Alex? I don’t know who was in charge). They expressed concern and wrote that would resolve the issues , but I’ve heard nothing. Meanwhile, I’d like immediate resolution or a refund for the four arm cushion covers , which are unsatisfactory. It appears that Couchskins reputation is not important to the company.

Took 3 weeks. Quality isnot worth the price

The covers fit well & the color matches perfectly. However I am waiting for a reply about fitting an irregularly shaped sofa back. I’ve sent 2 messages through the website chat with no reply. I want to purchase more covers if they will fit. Customer service should be better.

The product is amazing. It fits true to size and the color is what i expected. We have 2 dogs and the covers have saved our sofas.

It was horrible. Came in unmarked plastic packaging. All information in Chinese. Didn’t fit well and was ugly. I wish I didn’t trust the reviews because I wasted $200.

If negative 5 was available it still wouldn’t be strong enough. I ordered the waterproof, pet proof covers. Paying extra for this type of fabric. My couch is oversized so, per the website, I measured each cushion, and ordered for a 4 pillow couch.

The cushions kind of fit. The whole couch cover wouldn’t fit a chair. The fabric is see through, itchy and rough to the touch. Even my dogs won’t lay on it!

“Alex” the personal helper is AI. It’s automated emails. When I emailed to request the correct product be sent, I was told what I received is correct. They provided 50% off what I paid. Still paid way too much.

I would find better fabric on the side of the road, covered in grease. It would probably smell better too.

We really like the way the cushion covers look, feel and fit on our couches. The only way to improve them would be to add arm covers. Making them with zippers would also add to them. So glad to have found Couch Skins.

Ordered 9 pieces – received only 2
I bought a complete nine-piece couch cushion set from Couch Skins. Weeks later, only 2 pieces have arrived—and they don’t fit, despite assurances that they would.

No meaningful response
I emailed customer service and heard nothing more. Their chat support had me waiting over an hour, only to never connect with anyone.

Still missing items & zero resolution
It’s been weeks with no follow-up, no shipping confirmation for the missing 7 pieces, and no refund or update. Simply unacceptable.

Unreliable sizing & delivery
Even the pieces that arrived don’t match my couch. Despite their detailed sizing guide, the product doesn’t fit on arrival.

In short:

Massive item shortage (2 of 9 pieces received)

Non-fitting goods after they guaranteed a fit

Hours-long chat wait with no reply

No email follow-through, no tracking or updates

Bottom line: This experience has been a disaster. Couch Skins may claim great coverage and support, but in reality, they deliver poor communication, missing items, and a frustrating lack of accountability. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very pleased! They are easy to use, put on the cushions and wash. And they are holding up very well! The cost was very reasonable and we like the quality. I would buy these again and recommend them! The shipping took a little long, but I received updates, so overall, very happy with this product!

It took a bit with no communication and thought it may be fake. They responded and updated once I emailed with questions. The seat covers are amazing and stay on great!

Great customer service. Shipping take a little while particularly with all of the things that are going on in the world, however, the customer service is great. They are responsive and I stand by the product. This is my second set of Couch Skins and I would order again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I spent almost $200 with this company to not even be able to use what I purchased. They have a 30 day return window, so I had been emailing with their support staff. I guess I "waited too long" to respond, because they told me the window closed, even though they had been responding and telling me I could return these AFTER the 30 days was already up. They never said in their email "yes, we can return, but only by x date" If they would've, I would've made it a priority to respond by that date! It's like they changed their mind within 7 days.
My purchase is still in it's original packaging and has not even been used.
What more can a company say when they don't accept returns? (I ordered in MARCH! Not even 6 months later)
Basically, to me, that says they don't stand by their products. I am VERY disappointed, and I'll be telling everyone I know on social media and in real life about my experience here.
Out almost $200 and still have both couch skins that I cannot use.
I'd try to sell them- but at this point, it sounds like their products suck.
DO NOT ORDER unless you're 10000% sure they will fit and you're going to keep them. I'd order from any other company at this point.

Couch covers do not fit. Have couch and love seat that measures between three and four seat. Is to small for three seat and two big for four seat. Requesting refund but getting run around

Very high quality and easy to install. However, delivery was late and I was concerned.

Great product but did not think it would take so long for delivery.

The order was processed in a timely manner and the color was as expected. They fit well, I wish there was a draw string to tighten them up a bit. They are a little loose and are a little wrinkly. Overall, for a non custom fit slipcover, I'm happy.

So far, no one knows where my order is. There is only an AI tool to take complaints. I am hoping my order shows up. I can't even cancel my order. I am afraid I will not see them.

Absolutely horrible. I can't even tell you how to product is. Because it never got here.
The company sent the package to the wrong state. It was supposed to be delivered to California and my order was delivered to Washington.
Then ignored my emails, until I had my husband reach out to them from a new email inquiring about a purchase.
They of course said that this was all a big misunderstanding. That they were working on my order, yet no one communicated with me.
I was given a full refund.
They told me they still sent out a replacement order.
Did I ever get that order? No.
Was tracking provided for this order? No.
So disappointing. I am just glad I got the refund. Be careful when ordering.

They look great on the couch, I will buy more in the future
