They charged us $250 for our couch…
They charged us $250 for our couch skins, then proceeded to send us 6 of the same type. When we contacted them and told them of the error they said it’ll cost an additional $60 and we were supposed to send back the incorrect shipment. Guess what…we never got the correct skins and we’re out $310 total. Absolutely criminal

This company is an absolute SCAM please…
This company is an absolute SCAM please don't order from them. We ordered $170 worth of of product and they are refusing to refund me. There is no customer service number. Their bot turns into "Daniel" who is an absolute joke of a person. Stay away.

You cannot return an item
You cannot return an item. I tried to return an unopened item the day I received it as I was ordering a different couch. The customer service starts out as a bot. After several days a real person replied but then quit answering my emails once he found out I wanted to return it. I sent it back to the US return address on the package and received confirmation it was delivered. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Couch skins disputed it saying he never receipt.
They don’t apparently have a legit operation with a warehouse and employees. The items come direct from China through a shipper here apparently.
Don’t waste your time and money

Couchskins.com is a big SCAM
This company is a big SCAM ! Do not ever buy from them ! Their products are paper thin, takes for ever to arrive and they will not refund your money if you return the product (product is being return to a different Company name and address). They claim to be USA based, but they only have virtual office here, they ship and operate from China .
I have reported them to the FTC.
And I will continue my reports and bad reviews .

Stay away from buying from them .
They are not a legit website .
They never refund me for my return and don't even answer my emails .
They do not have a phone number for customer service .
