Colour difference and marks
I ordered a robe for my daughter. Unfortunately when it came the colour didn’t quite match the colour depicted on the website and it was one my daughter wouldn’t like. It also came with marks on the robe. I contacted them within the 21 day period of refund stating the issues I had but they refused to refund the item. I couldn’t comment on the quality of the robe as it is still unopened in original packaging.

Hi Caroline, as a small family business we do our very best to keep all our customers happy and hate seeing anyone dissatisfied.
You contacted us day 21 days after receiving your order complaining of the colour being inaccurate/misleading and not what you wanted - as a small family business we have to stick to some rules in order for us to exist in a competitive market, 21 days has been ample time for any of our previous customers to contact us and return unwanted items back to us within this time. After explaining that you wouldn't qualify for a refund as you had left it too late to get it back to us in time, you then at this point discovered marks on the robe that were never mentioned in the initial contact about returning the item. As the item could have been taken out of the packaging and your initial request to return because of disliking the colour we cannot accept a different reason of marks as a viable cause for return.
We stand by our quality products, customer service and find our 21-day returns period is more than enough time to decide if our products are right for you and to notice any obvious defects or faults. We will always replace goods that are faulty within the year performance guarantee and refund customers who qualify to do so and that are within the returns period. We are sincerely sorry you feel you had a bad experience and hope you can find a use for your discounted robe, Team Coucon

Beautiful robe! Came within a couple of days.
They really have though of everything with these!
It hangs nicely, the sleeves are a nice length so I can get my hands in them when I've got dogs leads and it's cold! I'm 5ft3 and a size 10 and I have plenty room to change in the medium.
The fleece strip on the back of the zip is a thoughtful extra that makes all the difference. The lining of the robe is so soft and snuggly! I've been using it for the last week on a very rainy caravan holiday and it's fab to nip to the showers. The lining is soft enough to be against the skin.
I absolutely love the colour, almost like it was made for me! 😂
Waterproofing is fab too, Ive been out with the dogs in very heavy rain and it's never failed! Very happy customer and very happy I made the investment, I tried a cheaper one and it's not a patch on this one!

Just love this changing robe. I have just upgraded from a well known brand and the Coucon feels more luxurious. I have sent two to New Zealand where they will be worn for winter swimming on Waiheke Island.

I could not be happier with my dry robe! I've started cold plunging in Lake Michigan (in the Chicago winter), and this robe is my secret weapon. It arrived quicker than I expected from Ireland, and gave me no more excuses to avoid that cold water. Have already been recommending to everyone I know.
