I have been trying to find organic cotton undergarments for a long time and not only do cou cou have them they also have the cutest collection of essentials that I literally wear from bed to street. I have the cami slip pointelle dresses in a few different colors and my faves are the black and red and its so cute for running errands with a pair of sneakers or sandals. Honestly i would have given them 5 stars if not for the prices. Oh and customer service is always so sweet and responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Next up on my wishlist is to pull the trigger on their undies as well as their other dresses (i always have a hard time picking which ones to go for!)

They have wonderful customer service! When my package got stolen, they worked with me and sent the missing items with expedited shipping. They were kind, compassionate, and incredibly quick with their responses even though we’re in different time zones. The clothes are genuinely so comfortable that once I got my first pair of pants, I was hooked! Soft, breathable, and high quality.

I placed an order with Cou Cou Intimates last month, and I sent it to my boyfriend's address since I was planning on being there around the time the package was intended to arrive. But I stupidly put down an incomplete address by mistake, and the package was routed back to the sender.

I first contacted USPS to see if I could maybe pick up the package from the local post office, but they informed me that was impossible since my package was already in transit back to the warehouse.

At the time I hadn't even realized yet that the reason it was sent back was due to a mistake on my end and I was really frustrated. I thought that I'd just have to wait for the package to go back and then see if I could request a refund.

I figured I'd send an email to the Cou Cou Intimates Customer Service Team to see if there was anything that could be done, but I didn't have high expectations; however, the customer service team was absolutely amazing, and so incredibly helpful and communicative.

They responded to my email within a day and promised they'd send me my package once it reached their warehouse (with no additional shipping fees), even though it was my fault this even happened. They were extremely lovely, and kept me updated the entire time, as well as sent me my tracking link as soon as they received my package.

This was my first time ordering from Cou Cou so I had no idea what to expect, but now I feel comfortable trusting their quality and their customer service. I feel like a lot of brands these days have cute clothes but the returns are a hassle and they can be really unhelpful if your package gets lost or something is incorrect, but this experience has really reassured me.

The process was so seamless and I'm so grateful to them for how they handled everything. I got my package the other day and I really love it. The dresses I ordered are so cute and the cotton is really soft but well made. I will 1000% be ordering from them again.

I’m new to the brand, and the tops that I ordered from Cou Cou are beautifully made. I already know that I’m going to get a lot of wear out of them, especially as it starts warming up. But even better than the quality of the clothing was the customer service I received when an order of mine went missing (through no fault of the company, but USPS). They were quick to respond and very accommodating! I’m so happy with the clothes that I purchased, and even happier to support a brand with such a kind team. Thank you, Cou Cou!

I placed an order for some pajamas and a cute top, after placing I realized I forgot to add a discount code and reached out to the customer service team. They got back to me so quickly and were able to help me with my order! Shipping was so fast, and the pieces are so lovely. I’ll definitely be trying more pieces in the future! So happy to have found this brand.

Ordered a few things from cou cou and have loved everything! Had a few issues with sizing being off, but when I reached out to customer service they were quick to provide a solution :) I love how soft their tops and pants are, will try their bras next ❤️❤️

Coucou customer service is always helpful and quick. I love ordering from their store and on the rare occasion something with my order needs fixing or I have a question, the team responds right away and is always helpful. Love this brand sm <3

I never actually received my order due to shipping issues beyond CouCou's control, but the customer support team was always responsive and kind. I will attempt to purchase from them again, no doubt!

I love the quality of all products I ordred and the customer service is excellent! will definitly buy again because every item is super confortable and I absolutly love them! I'm really happy I'm discoverd them trough a friend.

Customer servicve was excellent at replacing a product that was faulty. Super sweet and fast communication. Their products are also super cute!

Very disappointed about the customer service….
I ordered for £150 worth of lingerie. The website says that if not home they will do 3 attempts… only to find out my parcel was delivered and left outside of my house and STOLEN.
Contacted support team straight away to resolve the issue (26/03/26), but still haven’t received a response from them (30/03/2026).
Can’t judge on the products but the customer service is bad enough to not order and for the money lost.
At that cost, it’s reasonable to expect all deliveries to require a signature upon receipt.

01/04/2026 - 6days since the issue was raised and no response receive from customer service. However, they do send me lot of ad mails….

07/04/2026 - Still no response from their customer service.

Customer service worked fast and resolved my problem! The products were a bit smaller than anticipated, so I would size up next time.

I love Coucou with all my heart and have been following the brand since the very beginning. I slowly built a collection of their organic cotton pieces and now own a lovely bunch. These pieces have become absolute staples of my wardrobe, they go from my body to the wash and back onto my body :)
To me this brand has such integrity, I deeply appreciate the values they share through their communication, ethical practices and aesthetics. Wearing Coucou in my everyday enhances my spirit and makes me feel really good about my feminine perfectly imperfect body.

Please do not buy from this company the bra's are incredibly uncomfortable. The labels are scratchy and even after cutting it out the seams scratch my body. I emailed the customer care team and they point blank refused to entertain me sending back the rest of my order. Love the ethos but for products that are supposed to be for intimate areas they are not fit for purpose. Don't waste your money!

So far I’ve had great experiences all around. I had sizing questions that were answered right away as well as an exchange that also was so simple and handled efficiently. Love to see a company stand by their product and support those who support them 🤎

Their customer service is incredibly friendly and courteous! I had an issue with one of the items of my order - they responded immediately solving the issue within a few hours.

Had an issue with one of my items being ripped straight out of the packaging. Customer service responded very quickly to my email and shipped me a new one immediately!

I LOVE their clothes! Though a bit pricy, they are beautiful, timeless pieces that you can enjoy for many years down the road as opposed to continuously buying fast fashion! Thank you Cou Cou! <3

Delivery went smoothly, but I had an issue with the product. Their items are very beautiful… until you actually put them on. The gusset is so narrow that I honestly can’t imagine what size woman this was made for. And no, I didn’t choose a size that’s too small - the waistband is actually a bit loose on me. The lace trim and the stitching quality are simply awful. In the very area that should sit against the outer genital area, there are tons of loose threads sticking out, and the lace is sewn on top of the cotton gusset. The lace edging along the sides irritates my skin terribly. I literally itch nonstop whenever I wear these. This is really disappointing, because with this pricing and with all the marketing about organic cotton and underwear made for women I expected a completely different experience. I regret this purchase so much 😞 Spending €150 on underwear I ultimately can’t wear was a stupid mistake.
