Sobre Counter Culture Drinks
Escrito pela empresa
We’re here to create drinks that say something, and dream up who a business can grow for.
Counter Culture Drinks makes organic soda with a natural zing from a kombucha culture: Mango + Ginger, Rhubarb + Hibiscus, Citrus Yuzu, Lemongrass + Ginger and Raspberry + Elderflower. Organic ingredients, because the flavour is better for it. All five are Soil Association certified organic, and all five have won Great Taste awards.
The artwork on each can is an original by Marta Zubieta, from AI of the Storm to Fruit Machine Learning.
Every time you buy our drinks, a portion of the sale goes to our Mission Partners — Alcohol Change UK, Billy Chip CIC and the Soil Association. If we’re ever acquired, 51% of any proceeds go to them too — a commitment we wrote into our articles from day one.
We’re a certified B Corp, a member of 1% for the Planet, and the Official Kombucha of the Dry January challenge with Alcohol Change UK.
Find us at counterculturedrinks.com and in independent cafés, delis and shops across the UK.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order, or had any communication from Evri, your courier beyond an initial email to say theyd received it!
Ask me to review after I’ve (hopefully) received it!

Hi Deborah,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm really sorry your order has been delayed by the courier.
I've emailed you separately with more information, and I've also sent out a replacement order to get your drinks to you as quickly as possible while we wait to hear back from Evri.
Sorry again.

Hi Kate and team,
We're really sorry to hear about your experience.
We've looked into your order and as you say, the parcel was incorrectly left at the church opposite your address by our delivery partner.
Your review is the first we'd heard that there had been an issue and as we use a third-party courier for our deliveries, we weren't notified that the parcel had been left in the wrong place, so we didn't have the opportunity to step in and put things right.
If anything like this ever happens again, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Whilst we're somewhat at the mercy of our courier, mistakes do happen, and we're usually able to resolve delivery issues very quickly.
We're contacting you directly to apologise and to resolve this. We're also raising this with our courier to help prevent it happening again.
Best
Harry and team

Delivered on time
Delivered on time, tastes amazing. I would prefer a glass bottle as a full can is too much in one day.

Cheers Rebecca,
A glass bottle might be on the way.........
Will buy again
Found your product in a cafe and both the branding, mission and flavour sold it. Working my way through my first variety pack and really enjoying it. Used to make my own kombutcha but was a bit of a hassle. This product is the bomb. Arrived quickly.

Yes Steve! Legend! Glad the drinks are going down well! Welcome to the Counter Culture. Cheers. Harry and team
Great service
My step mum tried these drinks when we were out at a restaurant and LOVED them. She then looked for them in the shops and we realised we needed to buy them direct. I thought it might be a pain - but it was SO easy - free delivery, even though they didn't live locally and a really great price. We'll definitely be using regularly. Thank you.
