The cow milk and paneer are authentic. Using their daily delivery channel for 4 months now.

Very bad experience in country delight service. At the time of registration everything looked fine and no issue about the area was mentioned. I placed the order and completed the payment. After that I kept receiving delay messages for the delivery. But after 3 hours they suddenly said that my area is not serviceable. If the area was not serviceable, it should have been clearly shown while placing the order and before taking the payment.

There was an offer running in CountryDelight website as well as app that you pay for four days deliveries of milk and you will get four more days delivery free of cost. I ordered for 4 packets milk for four days on 7th January 2026, but the CountryDelight people did not honour this offer and gave me free delivery only for one day after 4 days of regular supply, that too after four or five days. This amounts to cheating by the company, the company believes in cheating the customers in this way. Their officials wanted to ask me whether I have a screenshot of the offer. At the time when I made the order, I did not know that I am dealing with dishonest people, and I will have to show screenshot of the offer in order to prove my point later, otherwise I would have taken a screenshot on the day of the order. Whatever it is, after a great deal of discussion, and harassment, their official declined to restart the supply of milk of the offer.

I have been using Country Delight for a while now, and honestly, the experience has been quite disappointing.

First, their delivery system is completely erratic. They don’t have a fixed time for delivery and instead give a very broad window from 5 AM to 7:30 AM. The delivery agent sometimes comes even after this time, which makes it very unreliable. For people who like to plan their day, this erratic schedule is extremely inconvenient.

Second, they often fail to deliver orders without any prior notice. Many times, I have waited for my order only to find out later that it was marked as “out of stock.” On top of this, they add multiple hidden charges like convenience fees and packaging charges, none of which are clearly mentioned upfront. It feels very misleading as a customer.

I will also attach screenshots showing one order not delivered due to “out of stock” and another highlighting the hidden charges, so it’s clear this is not a one-time issue.

Overall, the lack of reliability in deliveries and the hidden charges make the service very frustrating.
