Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.

Product delivered on time and as advertised.

I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.

I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

Even though they say the tiles are in stock it still takes a very long time before they send them out.

I needed a sample for an upcoming project. The salesperson was very friendly and very helpful.I received my sample in 3 Days. Thanks.

The shipment arrived with broken tiles but the company followed up and sent replacements. I'm impressed that they reached out to make sure everything arrived ok and made good on their product and services.

They always go above and beyond to ensure that my projects have the materials and samples needed for presentation. I always enjoy bringing my clients into the showroom to enjoy and source from their beautiful displays.

I am an interior designer in Sonoma, CA and I will make a special trip to Country Floors for the tile selection but more importantly for the customer service, specifically Jim Eruyan who is outstanding. He understands how to work with designers and gets quotes and orders done with incredible speed and accuracy. Highly recommended!

Country Floors was so helpful when some tiles arrived broken in shipment. Cansu sent us new tiles overnight to meet the schedule for our kitchen remodel, so nice!

Tile samples are even more beautiful than the photo, and I received them quickly. Thank you for the great service.

I did need to follow up with an email and call to check on my order.. after which it was sent.

The sample tile was never sent. Country Floors had no record of the purchase even though they charged my account. Emailed them to discuss but got no response. The company should have sent me a tracking number within 1-2 days from purchase, which they did not do--I never received any delivery information from them.

Shipping costs are ridiculous. Then i get an email to say it’s being delivered but it hasn’t. It’s just been picked up by/sent to the trucking service (as if country floors job is over???) then I get an email from a delivery coordinator (Sophia) who asks if I’ve had a good experience. I haven’t even received the tile yet! She gives me the trucking company’s info so I can schedule the delivery. They came yesterday as scheduled, but the driver didn’t answer my call when I returned her call. I left a message and sent a text asking for a confirmation that the tile was delivered. My contact on site said there’s nothing delivered... still. I get delayed and vague responses when I get them. This is a TERRIBLE experience. I will never order from your company again.

I ordered sample tile a week ago. So far it hasn't even shipped yet. I called and received an email that you were going to follow up and get me a tracking number as soon as you had one. Still nothing. I need this tile in order to complete my decisions on other things in my kitchen remodel. Nothing else has taken this long.
