Deceptive service‼️‼️
The order arrived in the wrong colours and in different shades.
No response after I lodged a complaint.
On top of that, they claimed the item was supposedly on sale and that no refund would be given.
The quality is ridiculously poor.

I paid a substantial amount for the order and haven’t received a proper response.
Scammers and fraudsters!

Scammers, delivered wrong size and did not accept exchange. don't recommend

Achtung Abzock-Masche.
Die Firma wirbt mit 30 Tage Rückgabe, jedoch wird eine Rückgabe verweigert mit der Begründung "eine Rückgabe von Aktionswaren ist nicht möglich". Die Produkte werden jedoch dauerhaft mit Rabatt verkauft.

Die Produkte sind teilweise nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.
Ich empfehle mit PayPal zu kaufen. Nach einigem hin und her, konnte ich das Geld zurückgefordert.

Unbedingt die Finger von lassen.
Schlechteste Ware überhaupt. Nach ewigem Hin und her habe ich eine RücksendeAdresse erhalten.
20 € bezahlt und heute ist das Paket wieder zurückgekommen
Ich hatte über den Visa Service mein Geld zurückbekommen.
Sie haben mich die ganze Zeit so lange hingehalten, dass ich noch vor den sechs Wochen das Geld eingefordert habe

Vorsicht! Das Unternehmen wirbt mit einer 30-tägigen Umtausch / Rückgabegarantie. Ich habe ein Set für meine Frau bestellt, was leider nicht gepasst hat.
Count Sheepy schreibt, dass Artikel im "Sale" von dem Umtausch ausgenommen sind. Ich unterstelle, dass die angebotenen Artikel ganzjährig im "Sale" sind, sodass Count Sheepy grundsätzlich nicht austauschen oder ersetzen muss, zumal auf der Seite, wo das Set (im "Sale") angeboten wird, noch ein Hinweis auf das Umtauschrecht gegeben wird.
Dies scheint deren Geschäftsmodell zu sein. Also Vorsicht beim Bestellen. Falls es nicht passt oder nicht gefällt, bleibt ihr darauf sitzen.

Falsche Farbe gekommen und sie wollen es nicht zurücknehmen, da es im Sale gewesen sei. Produkt übrigens sehr schlechte und billige Qualität.
Ich würde nie mehr etwas kaufen da!

Es hat nicht gepasst. Nach ständigem hin und herschieben durfte ich das Paket zurückschicken was angeblich ohne Probleme gehen soll. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Danke für nichts.

I ordered what was supposed to be soft, cozy pajamas, but what I received was honestly the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The fabric felt cheap and nothing like advertised. When I tried to contact them about it, they stopped responding and even blocked me. Extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in my life.
The quality of the products is horrendous!!
There is no way anyone would put such things on there skin it’s a disgrace.
If you complain or ask for a refund / want to send the product ( can’t even call it that ) back . They just block you and don’t answer .
Something must be done about this !!

I had a question about the size and they replied right away by email. They were very helpful and solved everything quickly.
