I just wanted to drink some air wick, neutragena, and some other 8 coupons and right after I put my phone number I didn't get a chance to print because it just wouldn't allow my to print. Then I tried to do it again and said I reached the limit. I didn't print a single coupon.

1. Go back to the Coupons.com page and check the message box.
2. Click the link mentioned there. Look out for this message: "If still nothing happens, please click here (please note that if you cancel printing, this link won’t work, so make sure to save the offers as a PDF if you’d like to print later)."
3. Make sure your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups, as that’s often why the page loads but doesn’t print.
If none of these steps work, please let us know exactly what message you’re seeing. A screenshot is especially helpful so we can double-check that there isn’t a technical issue affecting your account. You can reach us via the Coupons.com chatbox on the website or email us at contact.us@atolls.com.

Your website sucks!
Your website sucks! Went to the website looking for a discount on Microsoft 365 subscription. Saw a 50% coupon that looked appealing, but you know what they say "if it's to good to be true, then it probably is". I couldn't view the terms of the deals you advertise. The link redirects to Microsoft Store where there is no mention of said deal. Again, you just suck!!!

Can't print coupons because, even after logging into coupons.com, I'm asked to verify my device and log into another pah.quotient.com something that I've never seen before.
I've been using coupons.com for probably 10+ years and this is the first time I've ever had the issue.
It makes coupons.com completely useless to me.

That would be frustrating, especially after using Coupons.com for 10+ years. Being redirected to a page you’ve never seen before isn’t the experience you expect.
If you’re seeing the pah.quotient.com page, click Cancel, then clip the coupon again. You should be prompted to complete phone verification only, which will allow you to continue.

That’s frustrating, especially when nothing prints and you still get hit with a quota message. What’s happening is that each print attempt can count toward the limit, even if the printer doesn’t cooperate.
A quick tip that usually helps is to save the coupon as a PDF first, then print it from there. If you’re still stuck, you can reach our support team at contact.us@atolls.com and they’ll be happy to help.

CONFUSED AND PISSED!!!
I've used your site for several years now and I've always appreciated it and how easy you made it to print coupons. However, this week I've noticed that you are now showing FEWER coupons and it makes me angry!!!! I would like to know WHY you started doing this especially when Smart Source has totally stopped putting paper coupons in our newspapers!! Grocery prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY out of control and we need to be able to SAVE money MORE THAN EVER!!!

The printable coupons no longer scan at the grocery store. Some cashiers will honor the coupon and give a discount; others don't.

Our printable coupons should be accepted at grocery stores. If you’ve had trouble, please send us feedback via our chatbox or email contact.us@atolls.com. Be sure to include the store, items, date of attempted redemption, and a photo of the coupon(s) so we can check what happened.
For reference, our team has tested coupons at stores like CVS and Walmart, and they are accepted at checkout.

Where are all the coupons
Where are all the coupons? I used to print at least 3 or 4 pages of coupons for food, cat food, personal items etc. This is a shame, I can only use 4 coupons????? With today's prices, there should be tons and tons of printable coupons. I am not into digital coupons, to hard to keep track of. I like paper.

Businesses who partner with Coupons.com need to start feeling the shame
The "receive by phone" function has been broken for a year now.
The "contact us" page has no ability to contact because the site does not have a visible Recaptcha button that it says you to click.
There is no way to use the site with assisted tools. Coupons.com is in violation of the ADA and they know this, and are hoping they're too small to need to pay the price.
EDIT: Despite their reply, I have sent 3 emails over the last year to the email they've posted, none have been answered. This reply also doesn't explain why their online form is not ADA compliant. In fact, one could argue this reply admits that their forms are only functional via email. Again, you need to start shaming businesses who partner with coupons.com, they can't be unaware of the atrociously negligent online presence and technology this company is using.

Update: Coupns.com actually reached out to me to try investigate the problem. I appreciate their effort and have changed review from 1 to 3 stars.

This site sucks. After you enter your phone number it takes you to a blank page. Then when you try to refresh it says the coupons already printed when they haven’t. I have this issue EVERY TIME and even tried with a different phone.
