Kindly note that we offer free reports through a 7-day trial, as clearly stated on our checkout page. It explains that the trial will automatically convert to a $24.99 monthly subscription unless canceled. Customers must also check a box confirming they’ve read and agreed to our Terms and Billing Policy before completing the order.

We would also like to confirm that one of our agents has already processed a refund for your account. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
