No way to cancel subscription online
No way to cancel subscription online. thats a tactic used to get money out of people. Literally lies and says it has a cancel subscription button but there isnt one in their website. They will keep charging you if u dont call them and cancel it.

The initial use of the service was very straightforward and helpful, opting out of auto renewal ended up being less explicit than I’d hoped but the customer service follow up resolved the issue expediently. Would recommend!

Not Dependable Info and Lack of info
I used it to look up my daughter and myself and the information for me was wrong and not all there as well as misinformation and I couldn’t find anything about my daughter which is not true as well.
