This company seems like a scam. I tried it once but didn't realize that they were charging me $19 weekly. They have charged $720 without my knowledge. After we realized, we tried to login to cancel our subscription, but it doesn't allow for that. You can't use their chat or get support, and they only ask you to email them. We have done that and waiting for a reply.

This is company is a scam. The cover letters are subpar BUT THE REAL ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AND THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WEEKLY, EVEN AFTER REQUESTING CANCELATION. They will not allow you to remove your card information and do not have a way for you to cancel on their website. You have to request by email and they do not respond or honor your cancellation request. I’m filing a fraud claim with the attorney general and BBB.

The initial AI version was decent and offered a good layout. Somehow it got details wrong so when I reached out for a personal touch I got more than I anticipated from an actual human who did an amazing job in a very short turnaround time.

However, wanted to cancel my subscription before the next billing cycle and followed the instructions on their website to do so by contacting the email address provided on their website. I emailed twice, with plenty of time before the next billing cycle but was still charged. I had no response to the emails I sent. Extremely disappointed in this process. I have reached out to them via their website but yet to hear back.
