So far, Coveron has done what I expected it to do. I like getting alerts when there's activity that might need my attention, and it's nice having everything in one place. A few parts of the platform could be a little easier to navigate, but overall it's been really helpful and worth having.

I attempted to verify my identity using your system, and the process failed despite providing accurate and recently validated information.

I first entered my personal information directly and was rejected. I then submitted the same details exactly as they appear on my Experian credit report dated May 15, 2026, yet your system still could not verify my identity. This raises concerns about the accuracy and reliability of your verification process.

Additionally, your platform does not allow users to understand which information is incorrect, nor does it disclose the data sources used for verification. After multiple attempts, I was blocked from submitting another request for 30 days, without any clear explanation or path to resolution.

At this point, I need a clear explanation of how your verification system works. What specific data sources do you use, and what criteria must be met for successful verification? For example, do you rely on TransUnion or another credit bureau?

Please advise on how I can resolve this issue without waiting an additional 30 days.

Easy to set up and reassuring to know I’ll be notified if something suspicious happens with my info. Very happy with coveron so far.

I've only been using Coveron for a short time, but it's been a good experience so far. The monitoring updates are easy to follow, and I like having some extra visibility into what's happening with my personal information. It gives me a bit more peace of mind without requiring much effort on my part.

I am so overwhelmed. I agreed to Nordprotect as an add on when I purchased Incogni. I did not realize this was a multifactoral thing in disguise. I don't understand what it is or how to use it. The site keeps trying to get me to purchase vpn's and other services (none of which I understand). A nice person on a chat with the company offered to help me which whichever part I needed. I don't understand any of the parts so - I don't even know where to start. I feel stupid for having signed up for this. I am assuming I do not get the protections the service provides unless I install all these things they want. I don't know what is worse, fearing I have been taken by this company or knowing that I don't know if I have been.

Extremely happy with all the products that Nord have available. I have been with them for 4 years now and have not had any problems. They are very reliable and have great support.

Love the product, it is a clear and straightforward service. I've had a positive experience using it so far.

I signed up for NordProtect recently and it's been rather reassuring, I like it so far. It keeps an eye on the dark web, my credit activity and it sends alerts if something fishy shows up. Haven't needed the insurance yet (thankfully), but it's good to know there's up to $1M coverage, gives me more peace of mind in case anything comes up
