I highly recommend this company. I reached out to them to ask for help in making an order and they went above and beyond to help me. The girl I spoke to gave me a lot of time and even followed up with me about an item I requested. If only every company was this accommodating and helpful! All the items were received quickly and were excellent quality. I will be coming back for more!

I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored hair nets. I received my order in two days...so complaint there.

However, the colors that were pictured and featured on the Cover Your Hair website were not at all the colors I received. Instead of the somewhat pastels pictured I received all dark and florescent colors. Not happy! I have tried to reach them by email. So far it has been a week and I have yet to receive a response to my question as to why I did not receive what was represented to me that I would receive. I looked for any disclosures that would advise me that "at will" the company could make substitutions for products pictured and did not come across such information. Sadly, I am inclined to right this review...hoping it will catch the eye of someone who can explain this deception or error in the shipment I received.

Better quality scarves and berets than some others that I have purchased from Macy's and other department stores. The CoverYourHair Web site isn't super-sleek like some other big e-commerce platforms, but who cares if it gets the job done?

There are lots of hair accessories on this site. One of the items I ordered became out of stock and the company quickly emailed to let me know and they immediately refunded my money for the one item. All other items came as described on the website.

I only have one suggestion, and it's based on personal preference: you have really short netted snoods and the extra long netted snoods - how about a medium length netted snood? That would be great.

Shipping was quick. Would have been 5 stars except they sent me the wrong color on one of my items.

I had purchased a pack from on online retailer, and they were out of stock. My sister fell in love with them so I had to track them down. Found the identical items from the manufacturer on Coveryourhair.com, plus additional offerings. Wear them around the house, out while shopping, and anywhere that I do not want to wear a baseball cap. Great material. Wonderful selection of colors. Have recommended the site to friends who are undergoing cancer treatment or just want a nice looking head covering.

UPDATE - Michelle, a customer representative from Cover Your Hair, saw my review and contacted me. She was extremely apologetic, letting me know that they never received my email. I really appreciate her reaching out to me and working with me to correct the issue. She let me know that the picture of the product was from the manufacturer, and she agreed there were discrepancies. She let me know that customer service is their #1 priority and refunded my purchase without me having to pay for return shipping. I would definitely use Cover Your Hair again due to her effort!

I tried to write the following review on the actual product that I purchased, and it wouldn't let me post! The error message I got the most was, "Sorry, but the product you requested wasn't found." Even though I followed the link in my email to review, and can still search and find the product on the website. Do NOT use Cover Your Hair!

I ordered Beautiful Chiffon Bow Headband on 12/11/15. It was delivered on 12/16. The quick delivery was the only good thing about my entire Cover Your Hair experience, so I gave them 1 star. First, and most importantly, my product looks NOTHING like the picture. There is no bow on a headband. Instead, the way the \"chiffon\" is wrapped around the headband makes it resemble the shape of a bow. It is not squared off with corners, as it appears in the picture, but rather round. It is extremely poor quality, and I was very disappointed to say the least. This was to be part of a NYE outfit. I figured I wouldn\'t jump to the negative review right away, but instead contacted Cover Your Hair. It is now 12/24, and I have yet to receive a response from them. Ironically, I received an email asking me to review the product, and that is what I have decided to do. Unfortunately, it would actually cost me more in shipping to return the product, then just keep it. So they have my money for a headband I will never wear, and I have now purchased a replacement black bow headband from Etsy.

I've ordered from 'Cover Your Hair' many times. My order has always been processed promptly, and my items have arrived promptly. I like the selection and the prices, and their customer service is friendly and helpful.

They cheated me out of $96! Says my order has been completed, after sending only 1- $4 item from my order! Left messages, sent emails, numerous calls! Never able to get a hold of anyone!

DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOU BLIND!

The 12 bands for 12.99 is an incredible deal. The bands are just slightly less sturdy than the single bands but not enough to make a difference. Thanks!

I promptly received my order from coveryourhair.com. I order 3 headbands that I was very happy with. I also ordered 2 wig caps. They came 2 in a package. It was made out of nylon stocking material. They fit nicely on my head, but did not hold my wig in place. By the time I got home from running my errands, my wig was all the way on top of my head and I was very embarrassed that it had moved up. I did not return the items since they were only $2.99 each and in my opinion, was not worth the trouble to return them.

I love ordering from Coveryourhair.com. They have a vast supply of head coverings and accessories for myself and my 3 daughters. They offer great service at very reasonable prices. I always know that I will receive my order quickly and in excellent condition.

I was freaking out about loosing my hair due to illness. I hated it and wouldn't leave the house on times i was well enough too.. Then my daughter sent me a scarf from you. I went to your website and have been camped there since. As far as the last,but definitely," not" last, I bought hats. love them! One was a black bucket hat with a zipper. It is great,but (I hate the "but" word) unless your head is a bit larger than normal, don't wear it in a wind it blows off. I plan to get another though in another color. Even wear them to Church. Thank you, you did change my life, I can stop hiding from mirrors (which makes putting your make-up on,difficult)
