The ONLY thing I can say positively about Covet is that they did honor a credit for me to obtain a pair of shoes. But no refunds! And it was very difficult to choose from because after receiving the first 2 pair, both EXTREMELY uncomfortable , I really struggled to select a pair I thought that I could live with for the $200 price. These shoes look good in the pictures but are unwearable - very poorly designed, hard as a rock, and cheaply constructed. And as other reviewers mentioned, I spent a pretty penny on returns. They will NEVER get any business from me again.

Shoes are very plastic and way way to narrow for normal feet. Returns policy is bad

Terribly made, uncomfortable, when tried to return i was told there is not return with this particular shoes.
Will not recommend, absolutely worst shoes ever .NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Hi, first of all I had no idea this company is out of the US, Australia to be exact. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and had to send them back because of size. It took two moths before they acknowledged they received them AND it cost $50 to return . Here's the best part.. they refused to refund my money, only gave me credit AND, when I tried to order and be done with them they said they are not sending to the US right now because of tariffs. If I want to order it will COST me MORE money! At this point I opted to wait until they resume sending to US. They are holding my money hostage! I just want my $195 back!

Terrible returns policy. They do not offer refunds if the shoes don't fit well. They only give you a store credit. This is pointless, as why would I want to repurchase a pair of shoes if the original order was not suitable. Feels like a money grab. I politely asked their customer service to make an exception and give me a full refund and they declined. What a waste of nearly $200!
