Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Altus didn’t meet your comfort expectations.

Since the Altus is upholstered in leather, it does have a smoother surface that naturally offers less grip than traditional fabric. This can sometimes cause a slight slipping feeling when sitting down, especially depending on the type of clothing worn.
