This sofa is the most expensive and yet the most uncomfortable couch I have ever purchased. It is said to be modular though that description feels like a stretch in reality. It looks nice but only if it is fluffed and adjusted every day. To address the issues more specifically, it can be broken down to three main issues: Comfort: it isn’t. It’s hard and stiff. Considering it called a “cloud” couch, I simply can’t understand how. After sitting for more than 5 minutes my back starts hurting. Modular: it isn’t unless you are able to pry with all your might. Moving any piece requires two people so as to balance the force required to get the pieces unattached. I am also very disappointed to see that the pieces are unfinished where they attach to each other making any other arrangement other than the basic ‘L’ with exposed unfinished pieces. Looks: only if fluffed and adjusted everyday. Each and every time you sit on the couch you need to fluff or massage the cushions to look normal and not squished. I have major concerns over the longevity of this couch. I leave this review not to gain anything, only to leave caution to those looking at purchasing. I wish I had read something like this beforehand.
