Correct framed filters cannot be ordered on line and
Rang to check how to order filters, and was told I could order them online and they gave me the order number. When I mentioned they didn’t have a frame around them, I was told the unframed filters were the wrong photos and that I’d receive the framed ones. Unfortunately I received the unframed ones.. I thought maybe I could stuff them into an old frame but of course that didn’t work. So rang back and was told I couldn’t order the correct ones on line and should contact Kew CPAP. They said I needed to go to the store to purchase them, but when I said that was inconvenient, they offered to post them to me, after I paid almost double for the framed ones. I’ve posted the wrong ones back to Kew, to get a refund, and hope to receive the correct filters in the mail soon.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be told one thing over the phone, only to receive something different and then have to go through the hassle of returning items.
