Dina has been incredibly patient and helpful on the two occasions I have used her. As somebody who is very luddite and totally perplexed by the US tax system I found Dina to be more polite and patient than any accountant I have ever communicated with. Usually they stress me out by being curt as they find my inability to deal with these things so frustrating. Whereas Dina was kind, reassuring, precise and professional no matter how much I wrestled with trying to comprehend what was being asked of me by the US tax system!
