Peter Moretti’s level of customer service is excellent.
Peter Moretti was recommended to us by a former work colleague of his. His quote was slightly more than a competitor but his assurances about the level of customer service he would provide, swayed me. Historically, I have found it frustrating chasing up enquiries etc. but in Peter’s case this was NEVER an issue. The speed & efficiency with which he got back to me, whether by txt, phone call or email was immediate, which meant that the purchase went through very quickly because he responded to me from wherever he was. There was no, “he’s out of the office today” response or answer phone message. I can’t remember exactly how much more his quote was than his nearest competitor (less than £100) but it was worth every penny more. Using Peter was definitely the best decision we made and we have already appointed him for a 2nd property acquisition.
