We unexpectedly needed overnight security for a large construction site and gave CPS less than 3 hours notice. CPS provided a very professional officer who arrived early and documented all the details of his 12 hour shift. They are very dependable and flexible and I would highly recommend them.

This was our first experience using CPS Security and we were incredibly impressed with the level of service and communication. The security officers who were sent to us were very professional and detail oriented. Thank you for your service to our school district!

On behalf of the staff here at CBG I wanted to take the time this morning to personally express my gratitude for the efforts Charlie put in at The View last night. He acted without hesitation, going above-and-beyond what would have been expected of him.



We had a water line bust in one of our 3rd floor units around 3 am this morning. He heard a noise and went in the building to investigate. After realizing it was a busted pipe in the wall, Charlie was able to get in touch with our superintendent and then took it upon himself to find the water main and shut the water off to the building and in doing so prevented a major catastrophe. We only have two units that will need to be stripped out and redone in lieu of 10-20 units being flooded.



I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding employee you have in Charlie and how he has largely affected the outcome and success of the role we all play in completing this job. This is something I can’t thank him enough for, but I hope that in sharing our gratitude with you – he will receive some of the same praise we will be receiving this morning from our superiors for a job well done – as I feel he is a HUGE part of that.



Glad to have him on sight and a part of our team. We will be requesting him on our future jobs.

With full time security guards and an average of 12 - 14k a month, I still had numerous theft and the security guards would not follow directions on where we wanted them to hang out to keep the theft from happening.
Raquel Dean is an awesome and responsive rep and love working with her but she can only control so much.

Performing some building upgrades at a school, some materials had to be stored over-night outside on the ground. To reduce the chance of theft of vandalism we needed to bring in someone to watch over the materials overnight. The school district recommended CPS Security. The quote turn around was quick, the pricing was reasonable, the guard was prompt and we had no issues with the materials. If working in the same area and needed the same service, I would definitely call CPS Security again.

CPS preformed a good security service for us. They could improve on the penmanship of the handwritten reports to make them more legible.

Always a pleasure working with both the staff and officers at CPS Security. Reliable, conscientious and prompt.

I called CPS for some emergency fire watch and security help on my new construction project. My project is phased out and has tenants living in some of the buildings so security was a major concern. The security guards give very descriptive reports and are very punctual when it comes to time. I have been very please with my experience with CPS.

First day the guy was late. Second day the guy was asleep in his car. Third day was ok. Fourth day the guy was late.

I'm not wow'd to date with things yet.

Security guards feel they can dictate what they do and sit in their vehicles. I wasted too much time trying to get them to do their job and patrol the site. Worst security company I've ever worked with

I have had a few issues but the upper management has taken aggressive steps to rectify the problems and is showing concern for the quality of customer service they are giving
